Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you would like to return or exchange it. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item, and we will arrange for a return or exchange. It is not acceptable to return damaged or worn items. To make a successful return, you must keep all the labels, packaging, and invoices. In the event that certain items are missing, a return may not be possible. Whenever you receive an item that is not in original condition or has missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
We cannot accept returns on perishable items, such as flowers, plants, and personal items. A digital product, such as an e-book or software, cannot be returned or refunded once it has been viewed or downloaded. For each of these categories, you will be informed of any specific exceptions during the purchase process.    

Return Shipping  
Shipment costs are the responsibility of the user in the event of a return. In the event of an error on our part, we will gladly refund the shipping charges for the return.
